Sat. Dec. 14 is the Day of Giving for United Midcoast Charities – businesses all over the Midcoast will be collecting donations or making contributions to UMC. United Midcoast Charities Day of Giving
United Midcoast Charities supports 30+ Waldo and Knox county nonprofits (such as Belfast Soup Kitchen, WCAP, Food pantries, and many former and upcoming Common Cents groups.
Starting Sunday, Dec 8- Saturday, Dec 14, The Co-op will be collecting donations for UMC and the Co-op will MATCH up to $500 in donations! Customers may pick up one of these scannable tags to donate $5 (or in increments of $5) to UMC. More information about UMC is available at the Customer Service desk and in the leaflets.
