The Belfast Community Co-op’s Common Cents group for February is PAWS Animal Adoption! Every shopper may ‘round-up’ their purchases at the Co-op to donate to our monthly recipient. 100% of all donations received through Common Cents go to each month’s group.
What is PAWS?
PAWS’s mission is to provide care for homeless dogs and cats until they can be placed in permanent, responsible homes while promoting humane values in our community through outreach and educational programs. PAWS provides various services including, help finding lost pets, shelter for surrendered pets, free or low-cost spay programs, pet food pantry, and microchipping. Because keeping pets and families together is PAWS’s top priority they offer the following supportive services to this community of pet owners:
