Preorders are paused

Attention Owners!

Co-op Preorders are temporarily paused until July 1st, 2025.

What happened:

• One of our major distributors had a nationwide system outage. We are not receiving our usual deliveries at this time, and our ordering capabilities are impacted.

What we are doing:

• We’re grateful to our local and regional suppliers for sourcing the products you need while this distributor gets back up and running.  Our national network of co-ops, NCG, is working together with our distributors to assist us through this disruption.
• To help manage this unforeseen disruption, we must temporarily pause our Preorder service until July 1st, 2025.  We will be canceling all current preorders, and new orders will need to be resubmitted when we resume.
