This year the Board will host our Annual Meeting of Owners by Zoom video conference. We will look back on our year of business, hear reports from the Board, General Manager, and Front End Manager, and meet the candidates for the upcoming Board election.  As always, there will be time for owner questions and answers from the Board and GM.  Stay til the end for a chance to win prizes!

Update 3/5/21: Our meeting has been recorded and is now available to watch.  Recorded on February, 28th on Zoom with our Co-op community.  Raffle for prizes was for live participants only.

Voting for the 2021 Board candidates begins Sunday, February 28th at the end of the virtual Annual Meeting and continues to run for 21 days, if quorum is not reached the vote will be extended. Owners may vote for up to six board candidates or abstain: One owner, one ballot. 

Unlike prior years, the voting for Common Cents 2022 recipients will happen separately from the Annual Meeting.  Common Cents voting will be held by an online election in mid-2021, date TBD.  We are now accepting nominations for local non-profit organizations for 2022- fill out the form here.
