The Belfast Co-op’s Common Cents group for May is Window Dressers! Every shopper may ’round-up’ their purchases at the Co-op to donate to our monthly recipient. 100% of all donations received through Common Cents go on to each month’s group.
Window Dressers is a volunteer non-profit that makes interior window inserts to save fuel, keep you more comfortable, and reduce CO2 emissions.
- In a typical house, you could see fuel savings of up to 20%.
- Inserts are made in community workshops all over Maine.
- Costs are kept low and special low-income pricing is available.
- Donations to Common Cents and funding from NEGEF will go towards helping low-income households.
