Programs That Feed Families Need Your Help
March 4, 2025
One in six individuals in Waldo County is affected directly by food insecurity: unsure where the next meal is coming from or if there will be enough for everyone in their family to eat.
Belfast Community Co-op calls on Owners to act now to protect programs that feed families in our community.
Contact Maine’s Congressional Delegation TODAY!
Ask them what they plan to do to protect programs that feed families in our community. Let them know you are a Belfast Community Co-op Owner and you are concerned about funding for federal nutrition programs such as EBT/SNAP, TANF, HEAP, SSI, and WIC.
