Creamy Potato and Greens Soup

Is there anything more comforting than a steaming bowl of creamy potato soup? We like to leave the skins on for texture and puree part of the potatoes to thicken the soup. Hearty kale turns meltingly soft in the soup, and a garnish of buttery arugula adds even more green goodness.

Community Volunteer Opportunity

Our friends at Family Harbor House are seeking compassionate community members to support local families experiencing homelessness. Our transitional housing program provides a safe, welcoming place for parents and children to rest, regroup, and work toward stable, permanent housing.

Volunteers are the heart of this work. If you’re interested in getting involved, please complete an application online!
